I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, with a very comfortable bed and a fresh feel, but could have been cleaned better by washing up the things in the sink. I enjoyed having a balcony to relax on, although I wished for a bit more attention to detail in cleaning.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Cairns downtown with comfortable rooms and friendly service. The dining options could be improved, but overall, it's a good value for the money.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mix of experiences. The location is excellent with easy access to Cairns downtown and the marina. The rooms were nice overall though the air conditioner was not working well. The service was decent, though I encountered some delays at the reception desk. The dining options were limited, but the nachos were tasty. The facilities, especially the BBQ area, were a nice touch. Overall, a reasonably priced stay with some minor downsides.
